As a striking coach, I am not confined to one simple style of either boxing, kickboxing, or Muay Thai. This makes it possible for you to take boxing with me one day and Muay Thai another if you so desire. Now, no matter what your goals may be, striking can facilitate a workout like no other and boost your confidence through the roof, so whether you're trying to lose weight, tone the body, learn to defend yourself or even prepare for an upcoming competition I got you covered.
