Allowing me to improve & maintain a active lifestyle. For the last 6yrs Changing Faces has improved my overall health, and has put me in a better place in life healthwise & in gaining more confidence. Coach Nesto is a stellar & exceptional boxing trainer who has helped me, as well as others, to overcome my struggle with obesity & transformed me into a picture of health throughout my early to mid 30’s. Changing Faces is definitely a major essential program for the communities it serves.
Coach Ernesto has the knowledge and experience to work with all skill levels. He will coach pro's, amateurs and anyone who just wants to get in shape with the same vigor. No short cuts. He reads each person very well and gets the most out of each person. His boxing work out routine is designed to push you to your limit and as a result you will increase your skill level, strength and conditioning.
Great fundamentally taught program by a World Class trainer. Environment is always positive, fun and energetic.
He is very knowledgeable, he shows a love for what he does, he's a person of integrity and most importantly he's a man of faith in GOD.
