I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Coach Boxing for fitness. & /or self defense...& can mix it with Muay Thai kick boxing. I am also a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, which is a VERY Self Defense oriented art. I have 17 years experience in the Fitness industry. Sessions are tailored to a client's needs. PERSONAL TRAINING to help you improve your physique, gain muscle, & /or burn fat while improving bone density...BOXING Drills, fundementals of offense/defense/ & footwork utilizing various traditional training methods & boxing equipment.
