Understanding where the student is coming from and what would they like to get out of the Lessons. I assess students on their first session, this allows me to see strengths and weaknesses. After the Assessment we'll sit down and go over a recommendation of frequency.
Across every spectrum, it's given me the patience to work with and adapt to students.
Go off your gut instinct. if you feel you can learn from a coach, work with them.
