About Elvis
Improving all around health and wellness .Not only a full boxing and fitness class we also have an exciting dance class . And meal plans if interested.
My style of teaching consist of breathing techniques, improve you endurance , stamina,core , cardio , pad work, heavy bag, drills,strength training ,sparring and an all around boxing experience at all levels.
I wanted to give back to my community with the skill and talents that I developed with boxing.
I have been around boxing for 5 years now. I took up boxing when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and 35 lbs over weight. I worked on mastering my craft and improve my health and being in the best shape in my life.

I enjoy taking this boxing class. The trainer is very motivating and passionate about boxing and that energy encourages me to get into the sport of boxing. I truly enjoy this class and recommend this class!!!
Overall I had an awesome appearance being trained by Elvis. He is great trainer especially for beginners that want to get into the sport of boxing, and very pasiente. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to get into this sport
A few weeks ago I picked up a sport that improves heart health, aids weight loss, and decreases stress more than any sport I’ve ever been involved with. Thankful to have a coach like Elvis at @ricosboxing I can’t wait to see what will come the rest of this year.
