I'm practical. I'm not gonna give you false hope. Everything we do will be practical. Where not going to start just anywhere. The first thing that you ll learn in any training environment is stance movement and how to establish a jab. Then we will go from there......I will train you hard so don't expect anything less. But I ll be with u every step of the way.

Navy Vet, Combative training, Boxer, Wrestler.
Military training being a CFL. Command fitness leader....I ve always loved boxing, been training most of my life.
Navy Veteran, combative training armed forces, Boxing experience, Wrestling. Also I used to teach gymnastics, love working with kids.
