Boxing teaches you real life lessons and is way more than simply a great workout or an Olympic sport. I teach my students to tap into themselves and become a better version daily. I boxed myself for 6 years while coaching it and then continued to teach after retirement. I have now been coaching for over 9 years and have worked alongside the best trainers locally and nationally as well as globally.
