EXPERIENCE
I have been working and instructing children for over a decade and I am quite suited to teach after school activities, especially Music and Chess. Whether it was at my Father's company, schools around the world in Countries such as America, The Middle East and Central Africa, I have taught Chess, Music and STEM in a way that advances education and creates a fun environment.
I helped kids follow chess lectures and assisted kids that did not understand the material. Taught tactics and strategy in a relatable way to kids grades 1-10 and assessed their levels to then pair them up to play players of their relative strengths.
I assisted teaching kids ages 5-15 to learn programming, building, and modifying robots for various projects.
I taught students how to program using the Arduino Uno.
I helped build robots for the company's different VEX robotics teams which participated in State Championships.
I am from a Chess-playing family and I was raised with the game. Some of my relatives have acquired notable chess success including coaching, starting international chess clubs and even gaining FIDE and USCF titles.
I was an up and coming young Chess player around the time my Father started his company, and I played tournament Chess quite frequently, being a competitive challenge to Class A Chess players and experts: My specialty is Blitz Chess and the quicker time controls.
I took Chess lessons from National Master Jeff Haskell and later on International Grand Master Ron Henley.
