Every student can truly be whatever they want to be with a healthy mindset and the right resources.

My goal with my students is to:

1) help them find and define their goals in their task, personal life, and career

2) provide the right resources to assist them to achieve their exceptional life

I reach these goals by truly listening and getting to know my students, taking my own time to think about them, and to teach the information, pathways, and experiences that will most likely help them live an exceptional life.

There is so much potential in every single human untapped because there wasn't the right person with the right resources to support them. I hope to help as many people as possible become their best selves and live their best lives to make the world a better place.

I enjoy sparking joy with my students when they figure out what they want to do, how to do something, or learn more about themselves.

See you soon!

Began helping out friends at my highschool, CAMS (top 20 in the USA) and continued ever since.

Middle school, High school, College. Anyone is welcome!

Always ask "will you be looking at me as an individual person with traits that you will need to pay attention to and adjust your teaching, or will you apply a structural educational method that supposedly [one-size-fits-all] and force that upon me to be a better person that is not me?"

I believe it's most important to teach in the way the students wants to be taught for optimal learning, fun, and growth. I don't believe there is one superior way to teach that works on all kids and that if it doesn't work then that kid is not good at that subject. I truly believe anyone is capable of anything with the right mindset and teachings.

I really love playing League of Legends, Skating, Surfing, Volleyball, & Lifting. Recently I saw the American Volleyball Professionals finals at Hermosa and had a ton of fun with my family!

I really treasure quality time with friends and family and hope to make new friends with my students.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What kind of traits do you exibit when learning?

for example, are you impatient, unconfident but very smart?

Then you'd want to tell the teacher "hey I think I got this but I get really frustrated and anxious and would really like some support going through this problem"

If you are having difficulty with the problem set but you are patient and confident, you might want to ask instead:

"excuse me, I'm having difficulty with this problem set. Can you walk me through the thinking process?"

Knowing yourself and practicing metacognition leads to the best learning experience.
