About BJ
I have always believed in sharing knowledge and enjoy watching students when they connect the dots or when you know their confidence got a boost after gaining a new skill.
When I was going through school in the late 80's and 90's, I had a very difficult time with being distracted, not engaged in class, and constantly getting in trouble.
After almost not graduating and being told by teachers and faculty that I should plan for anything other than college (in addition to 12 years of negative reinforcement that I just wasn't good enough), I persisted and applied at a community college. Was it not for always having a job in highschool where I learne an important lesson, I likely would have accepted my fate as the school system explained it to me. However, during my highschool jobs, I was successful and received accolades for my contributions, gaining a reputation for being sharp and competent on the job. That was just enough confidence to continue my education and not give up on my one of my driving forces - a never ending curiosity.
Fast forward, the different teaching style, envirnoment, and autonomy in colllege lead to a 4.0 which allowed me to enter a 4 year program at a state college. I found out I loved learning and eventually completed my MBA with a 4.0.
Now it's time to give back and help others that are having dificulties at work, school, or other areas where I can enhance their learning experience, help them understand the subject in a way that meets their learning style, and help you succeed.
I have over 10 years of experience in work and education in a variety of disciplines. I studied logistics, intermodal transportation, and marketing during my undergraduate and applied my passion for systems and efficiency in the logistics, hospitality, and digital marketing industry. Optimizing systems, delivering great results, and utilizing technology is my passion.
The reward of making the most of your time and input while delighting customers through continuous improvements is my driving force. This obsession has led to a diverse background between operations, specializing in Information Systems, and e-commerce working in physical distribution and digitally with a range of technologies. Throughout my career, I have kept that curiosity in continuous improvement and completed an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems and ERPs.
After 10 years of collaborative experience in supply chain, e-commerce, and IT/IS; I still carry that same excitement!
Today I work in the supply chain industry as a Data Quality Engineer helping our organization sell more, move more, and make more customers loyal fans. A technical savvy champion for data quality and accuracy, I help:

So glad I met these guys!❤️😀❤️✨. BJ was so helpful I found them a couple months ago and I was using the Go Daddy site for about a year with zero traffic and only in a couple sales. BJ took a lot of time explaining some basic ideas and gave me a simple strategy to start improving my online presence. first thing he suggested was a simple super strategy to improve my local search results using the listing builder in the business app and he help me optimize and make a Google my business listing. Within two weeks, I was seeing traffic to my website and sales were starting to coming in!💰🤑. I couldn’t believe it! After a year of almost nothing (and putting in all this time making posting things🤬), I was starting to see consistent traffic, sales were coming in, and i hadn’t paid for anything yet!!
About that time I finally moved my site over and he help me install a brand new custom theme for my website. i’m still learning and building my traffic but i’m finally making money!! I’ve since integrated Facebook and Etsy and (after some convincing) I connected Pinterest and Instagram with the business app too.
