About Maegan
I'm highly skilled and classically trained with a culinary arts degree. I am an excellent teacher and make it easy and fun to learn culinary theory and techniques. Once you know the foundations you can do anything with ease! Don't believe me? Try me! I'll have you weilding your knife skills like a ninja and whipping up gourmet meals in no time....well some time with practice. ;) Not only that, but you'll be learning how to optimize efficiency in your prep so you can maximize your time! There's an order to the kitchen and I'll teach you how that works so you can reach your goals. Whether it's making meal prep easier for you and your family, or improving your skills for your job, I'm excited to help.
I enjoy teaching people culinary skills that help in their ease of cooking. I love sharing my knowledge that comes with a lifetime of cooking and tasting food.
I've been cooking since I could climb on a stool and reach the counter. I graduated culinary school in 2015 after 20+ years of being a home cook.

I come to their home, see what they have to work with, and get started with the basics. We can build on equipment if needed and I can supply what I have in the meantime. Frequency is up to the student, but I recommend weekly or bi-monthly.
