About Holly
I offer services to help my clients find balance on all levels through Ayurveda, Qi Gong and Yoga. Ayurveda is from India and helps a person to understand their invdividual tendencies, and what they need in particular to stay balanced. The initial focus is on diet and lifestyle and moves into many other areas as well.
Qi Gong is similar to Yoga in that it is Mindful Movement that benefits one's whole being. Unlike yoga, it's easy for most everyone to do.
I am located in Arroyo Grande, CA and have been a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist since 2004, a Yoga Instructor since 2001 and a Qi Gong instructor since 2012.
