About Maurice
I found a love too help people learn that food is open to interpretation. Help them make healthy food choices and provide themselves with a survival skill.
I attached culinary school in the mid Atlantic region and grew up in a restaurant family. For 20 plus years I have been on a quest to make my mark in the industry and help provide awesome food and healthy foods to people (clients)that I love and respect

Single Lessons are available week day afternoons 4pm -6pm rate $85 hr. Weekly 3 day plan 4pm- 6pm rate 3(day)$225. Weekend afternoons 12am-3pm $90 hr. Menu lesson plan and supporting materials will be provided.
