About Angela
I'm a certified educator who worked with adults and children needing to learn English, as well as teachers wanting to know how to better reach their students. After 10 years in the field I began studying nutrition and wellness to stay at home with my kids. Now as a certified nutritionist, holistic health coach and cooking instructor, I strive to make healthy living available to everyone! I do one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions and one day workshops. I'm also fluent in Spanish.
I love helping to break down things that seem difficult for students and helping them have that "lightbulb moment" where it just clicks for them.
I work every day to help people understand how small, consistent changes in their nutrition and lifestyle can add up to greater health and vitality. No sudden overhaul required!

For ESL and Spanish lessons, there will be a short assessment to evaluate their current level and then we'll discuss goals, frequency of lessons, and rates.
For nutrition and cooking clients, I have a health intake form and/or cooking questionnaire they'll complete. We'll discuss their goals and timeframe and then decide on program length and rates.
