About Kristin
Kristin Peterson is an AADP Certified Holistic Health Coach. She is a wife & mother of 2 boys, an advocate for teaching others to cook & a leader in educating people on the importance of clean eating. Kristin received her Health Coaching certification through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011 & has been a Healthy Living Ambassador with the Juice Plus+ company since 2013.
Kristin was born & raised in a large Italian family which taught her an appreciation for how good food brings people together. She has combined not only her Italian roots and love of good cooking but also her education as a trained Health Coach to offer a variety of hand's-on cooking classes in an effort to support people on their journey toward better health.
