About Ashley D
My name is Chef Ashley. I am a Professional Chef from Chicago. I provide my students with a template and addtional material to create their own cookbooks. I teach my students basic knife skills, different techniques, as well as understanding spices, their textures and taste. I have been in Culinary and Hosptality for 15 years. I have Culinary and Hosptality experience from Fast Food to Mom and Pop, Casual, Fast Causal, Fine Dining, Country Clubs and as a Personal Chef here in Chicago and Chicagoland Area.
I enjoy that I meet new people from different walks of life. That have different styles of cooking and enjoying food. I enjoy that I can be apart of creating long lasting memories for my students.
I enjoy helping my students obtain Certifications and Licenses to future their career in Culinary and Hospitatlity.
I help my students achieve their goals, whether it is basic knife skills, roasting, measurements, etc. My students finish my courses with more confidence and techinques that they can utilize in the future and share them with their friends and family. Cooking with Chef Ashley, is a fun, hands on experience. When you complete your classes you will be a CHEF!
