About Carmen
I have wide variety of experience that caters to each clients specific request.
Cooking is my passion. So, for me to teach a skill that is a lifestyle but can be incredibly intimate at times is truly why I love what I do.
Being a big sister and then a mother is where it all started from. I have been teaching since I was about 4. My younger brother would not go anywhere without me and my mother had to work so, I was the closet one to him and he never left my side. After I potty trained my brother the ladies in my neighborhood was amazed my mom told when my told them so, they all started sending their lil boys to me for assistance. For some reason babies really gravitated towards me and that's how it all started.
AAS Culinary Arts degree
Over 20 years in the food industry. Worked alongside some of the most well respected chefs in Chicago. Volunteer as a Chef instructor for low income families teaching well and nutrition.
