About Lisette
Cooking is my passion, ever since I was 7 years old. One of the main components of my food is the wow factor of flavor that culminates every bite. I have a very diverse cultural background of being born in the U.S., but have traveled overseas and lived with my family in the Netherlands, where I've learned the art of cooking. Being part Indonesian and Dutch, I know how to cook anything from exotic Asian cuisine to classic European dishes. But, I love to cook all different types of ethnic cuisines. I also love to plate my food beautifully, which appeals to the eyes.
I enjoy to teach and mentor, and I always make sure my students have fun, making them feel comfortable being creative with their cooking. My success is the successful result of my students' caliber of cooking.
