About Chef Terrie
Be it demonstration or hands-on cooking class, I demystify the art of cooking...whether ethnic or courses you will be empowered to cook, recipes to take home and a full meal. Great for team building, workshops, dinner club, book club, date night, showers...birthday parties and the list goes on.
Empowering people to cook for themselves and/or to entertain. It is fun and educational for all. I make it fun and easy to recreate in your own kitchen. It was a passion before I attended New Enland Culinary Institute and have had my business since 2003 or going on 15 years. Previously catering chef at Drake University.

I also customize catered events, bake to order and can be your personal chef.
I fulfilled a dream while attending culinary school when I flew to Boston to recieve a scholarship from Julia Child and her women's chef organization.
