About Kristian
I am a bistro in Danville, Pennsylvania and also a recreational cooking school and culinary resource library. My technique and focus is plant based. I do offer meat for the non vegans.
I always strive to create a food and memory making moment! I teach the technique not the recipe.
I am an Escoffier honors chef, I have been in the food industry since 2000. I have cooked for a few big names throughout my career as a chef. I have been on cooking tours: one to Nice, France and the second one to Venice, Italy.
