About Laura
I have been teaching cooking classes for over 8 years. My passion is teaching adults and children how to cook in a way that feels very approchable and not overly fussy. My main goal is just to get as many people comfortable in the kitchen and excited about cooking as I can. But I also have so much fun teaching complex baking techniques and recipes.
I love getting excited about food with people. The best part of the work I do is bring people together over food. And I love when a student has that "aha" moment when something about a process clicks in a way it never has before right in front of your eyes. That's where the magic is.
