About Neelam
I am a Certified professional Herbalist . I also teach Traditional Indian Vegetarian cooking that is based on ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Recipes are from my family's 3 generations traditions passed down over last 170 years. My cooking style and recipes are not only unbelievably tasty but are healthy and based on individual body types
Interactions with students and allowing them to enhance their understanding of spices and their combinations to suit each body type. Help them resolve some lifestyle health related issues such as insomnia, anxiety. Gas n bloating, water retention with cook ing and eating a nutritious vegetarian meal suited to their body type
I have progessional certification as an advanced Herbalist including training on NUTRITION .
I also hold Mindfulness Meditation session before starting the class
