About Anita
Excited to teach ppl how to cook simple meals and eat healthy
Knowing people would know how to cook a healthy meal and feel good about themselves
I learned how to cook the old fashioned way, from my mother. Having a big family we would get together and have major food prep parties. Being a Hindu I have always believed in eating naturally and healthy but not bland.

Firstly, I learn about their likes and dislikes comverning food, food allergies, and food related iassues by having them fillout a foodie attitudie questionable.
Then I formulate a meal game plan centered around such variables as their current cooking skill level, time availability to cook a mean, number of people eating and other circumstances that shape the way the student can get maxi-meals with minimum effort.
