About Kerin
Did your doctor tell you to eat more fruit and veggies to fight cancer, diabetes, heart disease or other health concerns? We all need more nutritionally rich produce dishes in our repertoire! But maybe it seems like extra work, you fear it will taste like dirt and twigs, or maybe you are busy and have not been cooking from scratch lately... Take a Produce with a Purpose class for stupid-easy, madly tasty, secretly healthy recipes along with empowering information and, optionally, a produce goodie-bag!
A good part of my time is spent growing nutritional super-foods, high in anti-oxidants and other important nutrients, on my pesticide-free farm. I am also writing and researching from here. When I go to teach a class, I get to deliver healthy produce (and teach folks what to do with it) to the people who really need it. Generally these are folks seeking to take charge of their own wellness, so I learn from them as well. And it's all about yummy food!

I usually work with groups or organizations that are supporting folks with cancer, diabetes, heart disease or other health concerns, but I can do private lessons as well. We can identify issues and goals, skills needed, and more and then work in some recipes that contain skills and information for you.
