About Jon
Learn how to make restaurant quality food at home every day! I always knew I wanted to cook, growing up in a family owned event business. I went to the CIA in Hyde Park & then got a business degree at Kendall here in Chicago. Then I went on to be the Sous Chef at the Dana Hotel for a few years. After that I helped open Nico Osteria in the Gold Coast with Paul Kahan & Erving Wu-Bower.
