He was and still is my favorite teacher of all time. I learned alot from Chef gary and everything he taught me took me very far. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHEF GARY!He was an excellent chef on our yacht Carpe Diem. Everyone loved his food and he got along well with crew and guests. Wish we still had the yacht and Gary!
He was patient understanding and outstanding chef! Funny easy to talk too and freaking loves cooking and ice hockey.
Had him in Culinary school in 2007-2008 and he was one of the best. He was so passionate and caring and understanding with student's. And he was always available for help if ever needed.
