About Lela
Nutritionist and Personal Trainer who teaches individuals and families how to be healthy. Kitchen organization, cooking lessons, nutrition plans, workout programs. Also a labor doula to emotionally and physically support mothers before and during labor.
I started volunteer events around Lake Merritt in Oakland, CA and was asked to take on a temproary position in London, UK and Germany as a liaison between doctors working on cancer treatments related to Nutrition. I have continued educating families and individuals on healthy practices.
