About Karina
Hi everybody!
My name is Karina and I am a Mexican woman passionate about helping, sharing and learning new things. I would like to share with you my knowledge in the kitchen, so you can enjoy with your family special dishes made with love! I had learned how to cook and bake desserts through my family (my grandmother and great grandmother were bakery & pastrie teachers, and they use to sell cakes and desserts) and taking several lessons of pastrie, bakery, chocolate and vegan food. My primary language is spanish, so if you want to learn spanish or you are taking lessons in the school and need extra help I could help you with that too.
The kitchen is one of my places for relaxing myself, I like the smells, the colors and the flavors of the kitchen, I enjoy to create new recipes and to share with my family and friends what I cook with love in the kitchen.
I had taken many courses, so I know what is to be a student and what we want as learning how to cook, I like to follow tasty recipes but I like to create new food too, change recipes according the taste of the people (sometimes there are good recipes but with to much sugar or seasoning or something that if you make a little change would be a fabulous dish not just a dish), I like that people learn how to cook and how to create, that we take the advantage of creating a dish with what we have in our kitchen. I like most natural ingredients and start since the scratch but if you have a busy life I know how to help you to make an easy, fast and good food. The cooking has no limits ☺🤗
