About Eman
Cooking is a passion for me. I got my basic knowledge from both my mom and my mother in law. Later, I enhanced this knowledge by excessive reading on culinary arts, cooking and home management and following many chefs online or on tv. Having a BA in English helped me alot, as many of my readings were in English. And since I worked for more than 10 years in my life as a translator in the field of marketing for hotels and on food labeling. I came through hundreds of recipes and menus that broaden my insight towards the art of culinary.
I learned how to prepare dishes from around the world thanks to my six year staying in London/UK. That includes chinese, italian, and some russian dishes, and of course middle eastern dishes which I prepare as a pro🙂
Anyone who learns from me would enjoy the many tips I got from the 15 year experience in the kitchen that would make difference in the process of the cooking and on the final dish. You will be treated with hospitality and a smile too🤗
The ideas of feeding people basically feels great. If that food is guaranteed to be prepared by caring hands and with love, that double the pleasure.
Seeing the happiness on the faces of people who eat my food and hearing how much they like it, and even asking how it was made are ultimate signs of a successful dish!
