About Tom
I pride myself on taking sophisticated unfamiliar dishes and making them accessible to even the most prudent palates. I have traveled extensively and am always looking for ways to introduce clients to foods and flavors they may have never had the opportunity to become acquainted with. It's always been immensely fulfilling to connect disparate people with foods and cultures. For the better part of the last decade I've offered catering services for clients ranging from small intimate parties, to corporate and political events, and wedding receptions through my catering company Partner in Crime Gourmands ((concealed information) . I even welcome clients in to my home for fixed menu dinners where I can really showcase some more exotic dishes through Eatwith.com.
