About Maureen
I offer plant based dishes (vegan). And global plant based dishes.
I love teaching people to cook because it builds confidence and good health. When a person learns to cook healthy dishes that are flavorful and satisfying they become empowered. A little bit of knowledge in the kitchen can turn cooking from a daunting chore into a playful and relaxing experience. I guarantee you'll fall in love with cooking!
I have taught as a per diem cooking instructor through continuing ed at a school district to adults. I teach exercise classes. I also teach friends and family how to cook.
