About Stephen
I am a Certified Executive Chef. I have over 15 years experience teaching Culinary Arts, including 9 years at Le Cordon Bleu. I provide individual or group classes, in your home or mine, on a wide variety of topics from simple knife skills to the most exquisite French cuisine. Have your friends over and drink your wine in the comfort of your own home while I prepare a gourmet meal before your eyes, or get your hands dirty and have me walk you through an intensive, one-on-one class to learn what you've always wanted to about food and cooking.
My favorite thing is the lightbulb moment, when it's clear something suddenly makes sense for the student, where before it didn't. I usually get at least one of these per class :-)
