About Carla
I teach students how to make raw vegan gourmet dishes that are easy to prepare.
I love to tie culinary with health by using high quality and clean ingredients to create delicious and nutritious dishes.
Showing people how they can improve their health and well being through food really excites me as I believe we are what we eat and food should be our medicine.
I have been eating a high raw vegan diet for 13 years and working with it for 9.

When I changed my diet people around me were curious about it and wanted to learn. That is when I realized that this services was needed.
I studied at Matthew Kenney Culinary in Miami and became an instructor for them after. I have been teaching culinary classes since 2012.
