About Olivia
I love to teach people at all skill levels to bring their culinary dreams to reality. I am a very laid back teacher but will teach you the best techniques out there.
I love sharing my skills with others so that they can take them and make them their own.
I was in charge of all the interns at the 2 Michelin star restaurant that worked at. I loved teaching these budding chefs and then steered my career in a teaching direction.
I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London
