About Huma
I've been working in industry 18 yrs cooking and pastry making is my specialty, I worked at 3030 Ocean resturant in Marriott harbor beach resort in ft Lauderdale, I've worked with great chefs,helped train pastry girls for dessert station at our restaurant, and also create new dessert. I have one year culinary school diploma from Arts institute of fort Lauderdale, and B.S. in home economic from Pakistan. Since I'm from east Asian region so we cook with spices ,that's my specialty too, my emphasis is always on developing good basic cooking foundation, knowledge of ingriedients healthy, seasonal and to develop a good palate ,crucial for becoming a great cook or culinarian.

Huma taught me everything I know about pastry for a fine dinning restaurant. I have learned a great deal of information about exotic ingredients and techniques from huma aswell as gained an understanding on how to balance a dish. She is a patient and knowledgeable with teaching new and advanced cooks. I highly recommend her.
