i teach Mexican & Spanish cuisines.
I have several trainings in gastronomy (NYC ICC, Bocconi University in Italy, One on one trainings in Spain with chefs), I teach Mexican and Paella for Princeton Adult School since 2019.

For individual lessons First I work with the student to identify their goals for the class, then the dishes she/he wants to prepare and then define the program.
For online group lessons after the definition of the program I send the ingredient and materials list as well as the precook activities in order to make it time efficient. After that I send the zoom access codes for the class

Details
For group lessons (no matter the size of the group) I have an hourly fee, a regular class takes 1.5 to 2 hrs
For one on one lessons, I have a fixed hourly fee, for an in person training at students' place I charge an additional commute fee that depends in the distance from my location.
