About Diane
I am good at my craft, always willing to learn more and am able to teach what I have learned over the last 50+ years cooking for others!
I love seasonal, fresh, ingredients and focus mainly on just that. My love of European foods and cooking are reflected in the food I cook.
Food is a very healing kind of thing. Teaching people my skills is very nuturing. Not only cooking skills but how to source food, read ingredient labels and learn more about the importance of having a farmer in your life!
My sister and I were brought up in the hospitality industry and have both had the good fortune of learning how to entertain in a simple, gracious and elegant style.
You are what you eat has a very deep meaning!
