About Rodolfo
I am an actual professional chef with experience in every segment of food service. From freestanding restaurants to 5 star resorts as hotels, I’ve been at them taking care of high profile dinners for 4 and events for 3500. I can truly pass on tried and true kitchen knowledge.
The spectrum of clients I meet, I deal with clients from all over the country. Showcasing the area’a unique flavors is another high point.
Catering and Private chef clients started asking me about cooking classes.
I graduated from culinary school in 2004, I have competed in various cooking competitions. I am servsafe certified and am currently working on getting my CEC.
