About Lee
Teaching people to cook is a huge part of restaurant operations. However, removing the stress of the business and having time to work with someone independently allows me to share the passion of cooking in a more elegant manner.
I have been in the food service industry for 20 years. During that time I have been a cook, chef, caterer, bar tender and restaurant owner. I love cooking and talking to people. I have great energy and a passion for what I do. I currently own a catering company that services a high end clientele and a spice company that was the first to bring Nashville style hot chicken to retail grocery stores.
