I am a professionally trained chef, with over 25 years of experience in the food & service industry. I have traveled to many places in our big beautiful world and enjoy incorporating the things I have learned into my cooking. I am a fun and easy going person. My cooking style is quality ingredients prepared with love.
I love sharing my knowledge and experience with people who are hungry to learn more about food & culture.
I have an AS in Cullinary Arts and Hospitality Management, but I have been cooking my whole life. I have traveled extensively and worked in many kitchens around the world.
