About John
My service to you would be to put the "student" first. We here at "On The Go" will teach you the fundamentals of cooking. Once the fundamentals are learned, you go as far as you want.
I enjoy the opportunity to teach people the basics, creating confidence in the kitchen, giving the opportunity to students to find their own voice in the creative process.
Those whom I have had the opportunity to teach have had a great impact on me as a cook, I have always been able to take away as much if not more while offering my "Two cents".
My training has been in my own kitchen, where I been a student for the last 25 years!
