Your basic cooking guide for beginners
To some eating is like wearing clothes , you simple put on whatever that is in front of you and begin your day but this only entails that your meals are not serving your body's vital requirements.
Why do I bring up the fact that some rather " Run on Dunkin'" and " Have it your way" ? It's because I'm asking the hard questions - Is your body happy? Have you eaten a salad in the last 24hours ? And when are you going to stop having Doritos and cottage cheese as a meal replacement ?
You are capable of making a change to better yourself for the future! Your body will thank you and reward you with the feeling of immense euphoria!
I'm looking at you , cup of Asian noodles and a sandwich guy who drinks Gatorade and Monster energy drinks .
I'm looking at you , store bought cookies , ice cream and and sweet tea girl who hasn't seen a piece of fresh fruit in 5 days .
I'm looking at you , frozen meal guy who tells himself everyday that this is his last Cola for the day and still ends the meal with a fresh cup in your hand .
