Junior Chef with 6+years of extensive world experience in high-pressure kitchens. 12+ years in upper and middle management positions in Sales, Customer Services and Human Resources related environments (recruiter, customer service trainer, software trainer, fraud management and cold calling, amongst a few). These provided the foundation for Managing Employees and maintaining excellent work ethics and multitasking abilities.
Skilled in preparing creative and savory food quickly and efficiently. Seeking to improve my culinary skills and expertise to manage a professional, rewarding kitchen environment. Currently on a culinary track in the heart of San Francisco learning about cultural diversity through experience and ingredients.
