About Lauren
I have been a private Chef for the past 10 years starting in the great city of Chicago and now in the greater Phoenix area. I have cooked in some of the best restaurants in California, NYC, Chicago and Barcelona. One of my favorite things to do as a chef is to teach others my passion and to help them create more of a passion in the kitchen. I’m a true believer that when you eat good you feel good, so I want to help my clients achieve that.
I am a classically trained chef with a degree from Kendall College Culinary School in Chicago

I like to talk to my client to first find out what there likes and dislikes are when it comes to food. I like to find out what they are looking to achieve in my cooking classes so I can help them reach there “cooking goals”. I am there to make this a fun learning experience and one that they can leave my lesson and feel comfortable doing at home with friends.
I’ve worked with all types of students but mostly adults who are wanting to become more knowledgeable and comfortable in the kitchen and with different types of cuisine
it’s important to find a teacher that you feel comfortable with and that makes the experience fun for you and whom ever you are with.
