About Andy
Our classes are relaxed, fun and most importatnly, when you finish the eveing you will be able to make the recipies at home.
We choose recipies that you will be able to replicate, but that doesn't mean they are plain or boring. You will be surprised at how easy it is to make delicious, attractive meals.
Your instructor has over 40 years experience in the restaurant business, over 20 years in the back of the house as a chef as well as 20 years in the front of the house as well. He will keep you entertained as well as teaching.
Classes are held to a maximum of 6 guests to keep it fun and relaxing. Once the kitchen portion of the evening is finished we head to the dining room to enjoy the evenings work.
