About Tom
Accomplished Chef with 12 years of comprehensive experience working in the hospitality and food service industry (4ys of experience at PepsiCo/Frito Lay. Adept at strictly monitoring all kitchen activities and ensuring all health code standards are met. Specialties in latin, brazilian, mexican, french, indian, italian, portuguese, asian and mediterranean cuisines, healthy, vegetarian, hamburger creation, food and menu development.

Recognized throughout career for being visionary, multi-tasking, delivering prompt, extensive training experience and solid expertise in the areas of cooking, product development, research chef, restaurant management, consulting and hospitality.
