About Andrew
I pride myself on being a patient teacher, I enjoy and encourage questions and will gladly answer them to the best of my abilities.
Combining things around the house to save money, use what you got mentality and making amazing meals out of it all! Frying, searing, sauteing, grilling... a comfortable combination for the beginner to use the skills needed to get a head start and gain the confidence to continue growing in the kitchen.
I enjoy saving money. Some have enough money to pay for things they want to learn such as cooking. Some do not, but you do have the money if you know how to scrounge together an delicious meal from what you already have! Maybe you just need spices or herbs. Yes, there is a difference in the two but we may get to that detail later. Point is, you don't need a fancy degree to cook, you just need to relax and gain some confidence. Stop seeing them as failures but successes instead! Dont compare yourself, be who you are, because who you are is enough. That's how successes in the kitchen is started.
I love improving/inhancing foods that you are already comfortable with! I love providing adults and children time to bond in the kitchen. Food brings people together if they are both willing to enjoy the moment.
No college training. Honestly, I've met alot of people that went to school that dont know versatility in the kitchen because of the structural box they got put in. I think cooking should invoke curiosity, creativity and wow the taste buds!

Comficook's food is wonderful. He uses quality ingredients, has a unique repertoire of recipes, and the food tastes great. One recipe that sticks out for me is his Angel Food Cake. I don't even particularly care for Angel Food, but his cake was so moist and flavorful that I became a fan of it
