My education and training consisted of a four years in hotel management.
I have twenty plus years in the food and beverage industry, I have owned four restaurants, I have managed and worked in very exclusive restat both in Seattle and in Melbourne Australia

I like to have a phone conversation with my students before the first class so that we can establish what skill level they have in the kitchen, what they expect to learn, and what they want to learn from me. This allows me to come prepared to have a fun first class.
My last cooking was a pasta making class for six couples. We prepared a three course dinner consisting of appetizers, salad, home made ravioli and Tiramisu.
