About Marge
I am a chef, chef-instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education (in NYC), cookbook author and award-winning food writer. I am on Food Network Kitchen and my husband and I founded TrunkPopDinners.com during the pandemic. I truly love cooking and teaching, and look forward to sharing my a passion with home cooks at all levels.
I am a chef-instructor and graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, an award-winning food writer, author/co-author of more than two dozen cookbooks, columnist for Newsday and AllRecipes, frequent contributor to many magazines, and am on The Food Network's Kitchen.
