We accomodate all of our clients with complete undivided one-on-one attention in a private Health and Fitness studio. All of the services we administer are designed specifically for the individual based on their goals, and what we discover as experts in our fields that they need as well.

The first thing that happens when a new client approaches me is we talk about why they're coming to me and what they want to achieve, and then I explain how and what I can do. We always want to make sure it's the right fit as well, and you're comfortable with each other and the atmosphere, training style etc.
The next step is to go through a Fitness Asessment/Evaluation to see where the individual(s) are at, and go through an intro-workout session. This also helps me with designing programs and finding more out about what someone needs that they might not be aware of.
From then on we continue to train, and make adjustments as we go along through a system of communication and results.
